Table pricing does not include profit. Organizations who are selling cups for fundraising need to add additional cost.
Freight: Pricing includes freight and delivery costs to one location.
Set-up Charge: Waived
Term of Payment:
- 30% deposit upon receipt of order. Balance due upon delivery of shipment.
- Schools - PO required. Payment due within net 15 days of shipment delivery.
- BRAX design/creative lead-time: within 7-10 days from receipt of logos (design will be emailed for approval).
- Production/Shipping lead-time: 3-4 weeks after receipt of approval and order.
- Manufacturing standards: Production runs allowances are 10% over-run or 5% under-run. We will do our best to meet your order requirements at quantity purchased.
- No returns are allowed as orders are custom made.
- Submit your logo in a hi-res file and describe your design requirements (see our templates below).
- Provide your colors required of the design (Pantone colors are best)
- Upon design approval, provide PO or deposit payment for order acceptance.
- Information required: Bill to information, ship to information, contact detail, delivery date required, deposit payment or School PO and quantity ordered.
| Is the BRAX Custom Cup program a fundraiser? Organizations can use the Custom Cup program as a fundraiser. Please note that the organization must place its order upfront. At this time, we are not able to provide Custom Cup samples, therefore Custom Cups are best to be sold for profit in concession stands and within your organization after they have been delivered. If your organization is looking for a fundraiser and cannot commit to ordering Custom Cups upfront, we suggest you use our SpiritCups fundraising program, where there are no minimum orders, and no upfront costs. |
